Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for orders over $150!

We currently only ship within the U.S.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping cost is calculated based on a "per order", "per item", "per pound basis" and is based on the shipping option you select. Shipping costs will vary based on the shipping destination.

Processing Time:

• Express orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
• Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days excluding holidays, sales and weekends.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@edgeeleven.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you

We are NOT responsible for lost, damage, incorrectly supplied addresses or theft after the package has been shipped.
